Is this your first time here?

Help logging in - You should have been sent your user login details by email,  however if you are a new substantive starter, you will not receive your login details until at least your second day of employment. We are unable to provide new substantive starters with login details on their first day of employment due to the automatic account generation process. Thank you for your patience.

Multi-Factor Authentication - As part of the account login process you will be required enter a verification code; the code will be sent to the email address linked to your My Learning account. My Learning will be unavailable for 10 minutes on Tuesday 26th August, during a maintenance window between 5pm and 7pm.

If you're completing a course when the downtime occurs, your progress will be lost. To avoid disruption, please ensure to:

  • Save your progress and exit the course before 5pm
  • Avoid starting or continuing training between 5pm & 7pm
